When we have received your order, you will automatically receive an e-mail confirming your order. We strive to have orders processed as quickly as possible. However, processing times will vary depending on the product ordered. Personalized items and gifts, require an extra 1-2 business days of processing, due to customization. Rest assured your order will be processed and shipped out to you in a timely manner. 

If you want to change a product into another model, strap color etc., please contact us for instructions. You are always entitled to an exchange or refund within 14 days after you have received your package, as long as the item has not been used. Please note personalized/customized gifts are not able to be exchanged, unless there is a production error.
